• I am trying to play but can’t chat or buy tickets. What do I do?

  A recent automatic windows update released by Microsoft has been causing some users to have problems playing bingo. If you have automatic windows updates enabled the you will most likely be experiencing problems when you try to play bingo. The solution:

  • Login as normal
  • Once loaded, click the right mouse button and select 'properties'.
  • Then click 'Ok'.
