• Why do I need to provide ID for withdrawal?

  Our payment processor performs an automatic ID check on every customer to ensure that all transactions are safe and secure. When you reach €200 in total withdrawals you will be asked to provide the following forms of ID to verify your details- A photocopy of your passport or drivers licence, a photocopy of both sides of your credit/debit card and a photo copy of your bank statement (if withdrawing by bacs) or a utility bill showing your name and address (if withrdrawing by cheque).
